THIRD/FOURTH
QUARTERS - 2008
The
Third Quarter of 2008 was the busiest quarter in our 19
years of existence and Fourth Quarter promises to be almost
as busy.
Our
IFEA work has taken us to many different locations, as we
are heavily involved in the development and marketing of
their exciting new educational programs. September saw the
extremely successful 53rd Annual IFEA Convention in Boise.
Our
work with Domus PR and the PA Lottery had us in 19 cities
throughout Pennsylvania during September promoting their
great numbers game "Quinto." As part of this promotion,
we had a team of 13 people traveling around in an RV. This
promotion may continue into the Fourth Quarter.
The
Montclair State Uniersity Centennial Festival in September
was incerdibly successful, bringing over 7,000 people to
campus

Our
President, Ira Rosen, is teaching an under graduate level
special events class at Temple University and he continues
on a consulting project for them to develop and grow their
Event Leadership Certification program.
We
have started a yearlong management and sponsorship contract
with the Gettysburg Festival and we are working with them
on their 2009 festival as a follow up to their extreme;y
successful inaugural celebration in 2008.
In
the Fourth Quarter, our travels will take us to Wisconsin
for their Tourism Conference and to San Antonio, TX to teach
CFEE courses.
Ira
continues to work on the Planning Committee for the NJ Governor's
Tourism Conference and the Philadelphia Flower Show Executive
Committee.
