FIRST AND SECOND QUARTER 2012 RECAP; THIRD AND FOURTH QUARTER OUTLOOK

January through July of 2012 was extremely busy. We completed a number of annual projects, as well as some new ones. The 2012 versions of both the Gettysburg Festival and Wawa Welcome America were incredibly successful and we look forward to renewing our relationships with both groups for 2013. Additionally, we completed a very successful project as Production Managers for the 2012 Philadelphia International Flower Show – The Islands of Aloha. Thus was the first time that we have worked in this capacity, and we recently signed a contract for the 2013 Show – Brilliant! The Gardens of Great Britain.

In April, we worked with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania on their 100th Anniversary celebration at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Over 5,000 Girl Scouts and their families attended the event.

We have helped Wawa open their first stores in Orlando and will work with them to complete all 5 by mid-August. Additionally, we worked with them on the groundbreaking for their first store in the Tampa-St. Petersburg market.

August through December will continue to be very busy. Ira will again be teaching Event Management at Temple University and continues to sit on many boards and planning committees. He continues on a consulting project for the University to develop and grow their International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA) Gold Pinnacle award-winning Event Leadership Certificate program. He will also teach a one credit graduate course at George Washington University in Washington, DC in October.

He is currently serving a three year term as board member for the IFEA Foundation and will help them manage their annual convention and trade show in mid-September. Work for the Flower Show is already in progress and planning for Wawa Welcome America – 2013 will begin soon.

In addition to all of our production and consulting work, Ira continues to serve on the New Jersey Travel Industry Association (NJTIA) Board of Directors, the Executive Committee for the Philadelphia International Flower Show and the Planning Committee for the New Jersey Governor's Tourism Conference.

Check back for future updates!
